You ever have one of those moments of sudden insight where, once it hits, you wonder why it didn't occur to you earlier? I had one of those today. I found another reason why I love my wife so much: she is just like a little kid when it comes to Chirstmas. That's hard to come by, when more than a few adults I know view the holidays as just another way for the stores to get at their wallet. Olivia has never, to my knowledge, even thought that. We were decorating the apartment today (read: I watched her decorate and offered suggestions) and there is this kind of child-like glee in her eyes while she's doing it, as though there is nothing else she'd rather be doing.
What can I say? I love her.
